The lads have packed up their smoker trailer and towed it into the heart of Melbourne’s energetic laneway buzz to deliver delicious fire laden, fall-off-the-bone, fire laden and enticing barbeque aromas at the Burn City Pop-Up.

These boys have mastered the art of smoking with wood, combining traditional techniques with modern flavour and style. Their food comes from a passion for ingredients, respect for local produce and the ethical practices of the people who farmed it. Expect mouthwatering beef, chicken and pork slow-smoked over wood, the Burn City signature smoked brisket burger, homemade sauces, sides of pickles and slaw, and rich and decadent desserts.
